Lumbermens submits second quarter financials
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE LAKE ZURICH, IL. – August 15, 2011– Lumbermens Mutual Group filed its second quarter 2011 financial statements (LMC financial statement - AMM financial statement) on Thursday, August 11, 2011. Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Company (LMC) posted a statutory surplus of $36.2 million as of June 30, 2011. American Manufacturers Mutual Insurance Company (AMM), a mutual company under common management with LMC, posted statutory surplus of $10.2 million for the same period.
