Kemper files its 2007 audited statutory financials
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE LONG GROVE, ILL. – June 02, 2008 – The Kemper Insurance Companies timely filed with Illinois and other state insurance regulatory agencies its audited statutory financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2007 and 2006. The audited year-end 2007 combined statutory surplus of $161.5 million was unchanged from the surplus reported in the unaudited year-end 2007 financial statements previously filed by the company.
